Accessibility Statement

Updated: October 25, 2019

Keystone Clinic is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Keystone Clinic's website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

Increased Accessibility with UserWay

Keystone Clinic makes available an Accessibility Menu powered by UserWay. The UserWay Accessibility Widget allows this website to improve its compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1).

Enabling the Accessibility Menu

The UserWay Accessibility Menu can be enabled by clicking on the accessibility icon that appears on the corner of the page. After triggering the accessibility menu, please wait a moment for the menu to load in its entirety.

Limitations and Alternatives

Despite our efforts to make all pages and content on our website fully accessible, some content may not have yet been fully adapted to the strictest accessibility standards. This may be a result of not having found or identified the most appropriate technological solution. Please contact us if you encounter an issue.
